The Irish Harp Pub, in the heart of urbane Charlottenburg just off the Ku’damm, was recently taken over by the same people who run the Kilkenny on Hackescher Markt. Reports indicate that it is no longer the popular expat pub it once was, and particularly the wide-screen TVs are sorely missed.
